Celene analyses investment decisions and makes asset allocation decisions on behalf of a charitable trust and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Anglemont, Celene worked at the Bank of Canada as a Research Assistant in the Financial Markets Department, and at Central 1 Credit Union as a Risk Analyst. Celene obtained a Master’s degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, and a Honours degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia. She is a CFA charter holder.

Senior Representative, Bank of Canada
Representing the Bank of Canada in BC and the Yukon, Calista directs research and analysis on economic and financial developments in the region. She oversees the Bank’s Business Outlook Survey and external engagement in the region to promote an exchange of views on the economy and monetary policy.
David Williams, Director
Senior Economist, Bank of Canada
David is a researcher focusing on applied macroeconomics, consumption, house prices and credit markets. He also conducts the Bank’s Business Outlook Survey in British Columbia and Yukon. David previously worked as a lecturer at Oxford, a researcher at the IMF, a senior economic policy adviser at the Australian Prime Minister’s Department, and as a policy analyst at the Reserve Bank of Australia. David holds a D.Phil. (Ph.D.) in economics from Oxford University.
